Job requirements
Objectives and responsibilities
The main responsibility of NOTYD’s Product Manager is to ensure that we build a strong, reliable and high-quality product that meets customer needs and delivers value to the business.
Product development
Properly document problems and opportunities and turn them into product initiatives.
Prioritise initiatives that deliver the highest impact and value.
Work alongside the development team managing all the stages of the product until delivery.
Customer focus
Continuously identify and keep track of the most important customer problems, needs and opportunities.
Run product discovery and user research to validate assumptions and get answers about users, problems, interactions or technical designs.
Market understanding & Analysis
Understand the pain points of the customers and identify gaps in the market.
Uses data from web analytics tools and internal dashboards to support qualitative research and decisions.
Measure outcomes against metrics, learn and iterate based on data and feedback.
Collaboration & leadership
Align product development with business goals.
Keep a close collaboration between multiple departments such as Commercial and Customer Success.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a product manager for at least 3 years.
Demonstrable experience launching successful products.
Being able to work autonomously
Proficient in applying agile principles and adapting them to meet company needs.
Experience in Fintech is a plus.
Strong, clear communication & collaborative skills.
Fluent or native English speaker.
